The HORNET® Series is engineered for non-handheld, high-voltage differential measurements in manual or fully automated test environments, offering ±4000 V input range and >300 MHz bandwidth to handle even the most demanding power device analysis.

Built with safety and precision in mind, the HORNET® is ideal for double-pulse testing of high-speed SiC switches, IGBT evaluation, and fast-switching diode validation. With high CMRR, users can expect clean, accurate signal capture even under intense switching transients and noise.

The probe supports remote operation via a PMK power supply unit (USB/LAN), and its universal BNC output allows compatibility with any oscilloscope setup. The system is enhanced with optional test point adapters (e.g., MMCX, SMA, pin headers) to ensure full bandwidth usage and proper signal coupling.

This probe series is not designed for portable or handheld use, but rather for permanent integration into high-voltage bench setups where operator safety and test consistency are critical.
